Return & Refund Policy

ProDirtBike.com has a 15-day return policy starting from the date your product ships (e.g. the date the shipping confirmation email or text was sent to you). To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less 13.5% restocking fees and any Shopify transaction fees. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  We do not accept order cancellations.
