Return & Refund Policy

ProDirtBike.com has a 15-day return policy starting from the date your product ships (e.g. the date the shipping confirmation email or text was sent to you). To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less 17.5% restocking fees and any Shopify transaction fees. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  We do not accept order cancellations.

ProDirtBike.com is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the shipper has marked the package as delivered to the provided address.  If your package is missing after proof of delivery, you should file a claim directly with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) or file a police report for theft as your loss may be eligible for coverage under your homeowner's/ renter's insurance policy.  For an additional fee, your purchase may be eligible for Signature Delivery service or Shipping Insurance.
