We provide free shipping to all addresses in the lower 48 states of the United States of America for all MotoTec and CycleBoard products. We provide UPS ground shipping for all Razor products; UPS shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We provide Aloha Freight (AF) for all products shipping to Hawaii; AF shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We process all orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will typically ship out from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of placing your order. The warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays.
You will receive a shipment tracking number via email as soon as your product leaves the warehouse. Deliveries usually take an additional 3 business days after your shipment leaves the warehouse.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
For all Hawaii orders, the shipping price is displayed at checkout. Products ship to the port within 1-2 business days from date of order. Deliveries typically take an additional 5-7 days to Hawaii. MotoTec does not handle after-sales services in Hawaii. We recommend attaching a CPS Accidental Warranty for all customers in Hawaii who are buying a Razor or MotoTec electric ride.
ProDirtBike.com is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the shipper has marked the package as delivered to the provided address. If your package is missing after proof of delivery, you should file a claim directly with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) or file a police report for theft as your loss may be eligible for coverage under your homeowner's/ renter's insurance policy. For an additional fee, your purchase may be eligible for Signature Delivery service or Shipping Insurance.
