Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping for all products except for Razor to all addresses in the lower 48 states of the United States of America.  We provide UPS ground shipping for all Razor products; UPS shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We provide Aloha Freight (AF) shipping for all products to Hawaii; AF shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We process all orders between Monday and Friday. Your order will typically ship out from the warehouse within 1-2 business days from the date of placing your order.  The warehouse is closed on weekends and federal holidays.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your product leaves the warehouse. Deliveries usually take an additional 3 business days after your shipment leaves the warehouse.

For all shipments to Hawaii, delivery timeframes are typically 7-15 days from the date of placing your order.  Hawaii shipments are not free; the shipping price is calculated at checkout. For all Hawaii orders, the shipping price is displayed at checkout. We recommend attaching a CPS Accidental Warranty for all customers in Hawaii who are buying a Razor or MotoTec electric ride.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
